What we offer
Supporting the mental health and well-being of the whole family, with friendly sessions for autistic and neurodivergent children and practical support for parents and carers. Find out how we can help your family.
For Children
Calm, structured and fun sessions where autistic and neurodivergent children can learn, play and grow in confidence, at a pace that suits them.
Speech, Language & Music Therapy
Led by a specialist in communication, language and music therapy. Music helps children express themselves, build confidence and connect with others in a calm, welcoming space.
Play & Connect
Fun, sensory play for children aged 2–11. Through games and gentle guidance, children practise communicating, making friends and understanding their feelings in a safe, supportive group.
Football Fridays
A fun, energetic hour of football at the end of the week. Children get moving, burn off energy and enjoy being part of a friendly team, supported by our experienced staff.
Art, Dance, Drama & Movement
Creative sessions with arts and crafts, dance, drama and movement. Children explore their creativity, build social skills and try new things in a relaxed setting where every effort counts.
For Parents and Carers
Raising an autistic or neurodivergent child can feel overwhelming at times. Our parent support gives you a place to connect, learn and feel understood.
Coffee Morning
A relaxed, friendly space to meet other parents and carers over a cup of tea. Share experiences, swap tips and find support from people who truly understand.
Parent Learning Sessions
Sessions led by healthcare professionals on understanding autism, communication, and managing behaviour and sensory needs. You'll leave with practical tools you can use at home.
Information & Resources
Easy guides, child-friendly leaflets and details of local support services. They're available in print or digitally, and in other languages, to help you after a diagnosis and beyond.
